- Collaborative Goal setting
- Actionable personalized plan inclusive of nutrition, meal, products/supplementation intake, daily detox, exercise, and personal growth recommendations to achieve goals in all areas of life
- 50 min phone or video call to review the actionable plan
- Empowered Email support throughout
